I’ve spent my career working in universities, helping to make things run smoother for students, teachers, and researchers. My passion is bringing people together to solve problems and make positive changes.

What do I do exactly? Well, I lead teams that provide services to support learning and research. I’m all about rolling up my sleeves and getting involved, not just sitting behind a desk. I believe the best way to improve things is to talk to the people who use our services and really listen to what they need.

I’ve learned that teamwork is key in higher education. That’s why I always try to get everyone involved in making decisions and finding solutions. It’s amazing what we can achieve when we work together!
